Welcome to Online Training for My Safe Florida Home

Licensed contractors interested in participating in the My Safe Florida Home program can complete the required training through this website.   At the beginning of each course, you will need to enter your name and license number in order to receive credit for the course.
 
All contractors must take the course How Hurricanes Damage Homes. To be certified, contractors must also complete at least one of the following courses according to the type of work you wish to be certified for:

1) Strengthening Roofs
2) Protecting Openings (Windows, Doors and Garage Doors)
3) Bracing Gable Ends. 


Once you have successfully completed the online class, an email notification will be sent to the My Safe Florida Home program confirming your completion of the training.
